WednesdayWednesdayWednesday will be spent attending the mandatory state certification training for food handling safety. Once this is complete you will be granted a certificate that is good for one year. Wherever you may end up, you will not need to re-certify until your year has expired. (Certificates and testing must occur on a yearly basis for renewal)
